About Lectrium

Lectrium is a New York-based electric vehicle technology company serving 600+ automotive dealerships across the U.S. We have one of the largest EV databases in the market, a stable and growing business, and a sales team of ex-Tesla employees who know how to close.

About the Role

We have built a successful B2B SaaS business in the back, and now it’s time to have fun and build something extraordinary and groundbreaking. We have the data, the distribution, the customers, and the idea. Now we are putting together a small AI task force to bring a new product to the automotive industry — and we are looking for the right engineer to be part of it from day one.

You will work directly with the founders, move fast, and have real ownership over what gets built.

What You Will Be Working With

• Node.js (primary)

• Databases and telemetry systems

• LLM APIs and custom AI integrations and developer tooling

• Large-scale EV and automotive datasets

Who We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience in backend or full-stack development
• Strong Node.js skills — this is your main tool • Hands-on experience with databases and data pipelines
• Experience building with LLM APIs and extending AI systems through custom integrations and developer tooling
• Clean code and strong work ethics — you take pride in what you ship
• Entrepreneurial mindset — you treat the product like it is yours
• Hands-on approach: you ship, you iterate, you own your work
• Fluent in English

Bonus Points For

• Experience with telemetry systems and event-driven architectures
• Passion for cars or the automotive industry
• Comfortable occasionally going deep when a deadline demands it

What We Offer

• Starting salary: 6,000–8,000 EUR/month + equity
