• Local dealerships employ workers from all backgrounds in sales, service and management occupations, often with opportunities for economic advancement
• Dealerships have invested more than $200 billion in land, buildings and infrastructure in their local communities
• Dealerships save consumers money through competition (and by highlighting federal and state incentives on EVs, for example 😉)
• Dealerships are modern, with 42% of the franchised dealer workforce being millennials
