Best Electric Vehicle Super Bowl Commercials
Sunday night’s game between the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles was full of heroism, big hits, and stellar QB play, AND….amazing EV commercials. Below we have compiled a list of some of our favorites!

With the ticket price of a Super Bowl commercial being $7M in 2023 for 30-second runtimes, we hope these ads are worth it!
2025 Dodge Ram 1500 REV Super Bowl Commercial
Dodge is generating buzz around their EV, while also telling people to “wait” until late 2024 to make the switch. Batteries will likely be larger and more efficient with every passing year, and Dodge is hammering that point home with this ad.
GM + Will Ferrell + Netflix Super Bowl Ad
In this commercial, GM showcases multiple EVs including the GMC Sierra EV Denali, Chevrolet Blazer EV, Cadillac Lyriq, Chevrolet Silverado EV Trail Boss, and the GMC Hummer EV Pickup. Will Ferrell pretty hilariously drives these EVs through sets of zombies, Stranger Things, Bridgerton, and Squid Game to really prove the point that EVs are coming everywhere.
The Jeep Electric Boogie
“Freedom is electric” is the perfect tagline for Jeep, and we also loved the animals interspersed throughout the commercials.
Kevin Bacon Hyundai Commercial
While this campaign started before the Super Bowl, it still is a nice play on who the early adopters of technology are, and how generational differences come into play with electric vehicles.
Some interesting choices to NOT advertise this year
Polestar, Toyota, Nissan, and BMW all opted to not advertise this year, even though all four brands did advertise in 2022.
Tesla also chose not to advertise, which is no surprise given their opposition to advertising. However, Elon Musk did get Super Bowl screen time. Who was Elon Musk sitting next to at the 2023 Super Bowl? Rupert Murdoch, the billionaire Fox News founder.
